Description
Extremely rare table lamp designed by Ilse Hofman for Airborne
In 1964 Ilse Hofman proposes to Airborne , through his Canadian intermediary , a lamp with black metal base and white and red lacquered metal lamellas curved in the height sense .
This model together with a double lamp, a floor lamp and a wall lamp didn't have a huge production , no info have been found regarding its welcome in Canada but in Europe very few pieces were sold .
Airborne , who considered itself as an industrial , didn't have the vocation to promote an article which wasn't produce by them. -
