Giotto Stoppino (1926-2011) was an Italian industrial designer known for his furniture, lighting, and home accessories designs. He began his career in the 1950s working for the Italian design company Kartell, where he designed several successful products such as the modular storage system "4801" and the "4970/84" chair. He later founded his own design studio, Studio Stoppino, and collaborated with many well-known Italian furniture manufacturers such as Acerbis, Bernini, Flos, and Knoll. Stoppino's designs are characterized by clean lines, simplicity, and functionality, and many of his works are still in production today.
