Scagliola Policromia coffee table from 1731 with the signature of the original Italian origin from Venice. The work is signed by the artist Giglielmo Blaeuni.
At the center of the polychrome table we find an Astrolabe.
The astrolabe is an instrument that calculated the height of the sun but also had a dual purpose, that of solving problems of spherical astronomy. -
