    Antique . Rare Pair of Matched Regency Period High Style Waterfall Open Bookcases - Bookshelves with the Original Chinese Inspired Black and Gold Lacquered Decoration.
    In the 18th and Early 19th Century it was the norm for Oriental Panels to be imported from the Orient and used as extra decoration to typical English and other European Pieces - generally on the more sophisticated and expensive items.
