Art Nouveau period bronze and coloured glass chandelier
-
Description
This marvellous three-light Art Nouveau patinated bronze and glass chandelier would make a charming addition to any room. The body of the chandelier is formed of a large patinated bronze loop, the loop cast to imitate a vine, with branchlets and leaves springing from its length at times. From this loop spring three lights, the lights designed to look like bunches of grapes and wrought from clusters of shaped green glass. Through the centre of the loop flies a patinated bronze winged female figure, granting the entire piece a playfulness.
