Workpiece of the famous Panton chair. Designed by Verner Panton and produced circa 1968 by Vitra Design in Germany. Made of orange/brown polyurethane foam (Baydur, Duroplast), structured and not lacquered.
Blank from the test phase prior to actual production. All in all, only 150 pieces had been produced; a large part of the production was scraped after they failed the stress test. -
