Social Realist Bronze of a Worker WPA Style.

Price Upon Request
  • Description
An impressive sculpture of a male Industrial Worker in the Social Realism style. Social realism is the term used for an art movement that flourished between the two World Wars. In order to make art more accessible to a wider audience artists created realist portrayals of workers as heroic symbols of strength during a period of hardship after the Great Crash. Reminiscent and similar to American WPA art. This is a large beautifully sculpted work of art in perfect condition.
