Each piece is supported by four cut glass legs, the legs supporting the velvet upholstered seat and backrest. The armrests of each piece are supported by five cut glass columns, and the backrest of each features extensive cut glass decoration and is surmounted by a pair of pointed ball finials and curved cartouches mounted with sunbeam motifs—two such on the sofa, one on each chair. -
