This elegant pair of tortoise shell colored cube lamps were handcrafted by an artisan in Florence, Italy of resin infused with a bronze color and utilizing an artistic technique which adds texture and movement to the inside of the resin as it hardens (called "fractal resin"). The result is a gorgeous organic finish that has the look of a precious stone and is jewel-like. A pair of Italian custom made brown silk square lampshades lined in metallic gold finishes the look. Elegant Natural brass fittings. Wired for U.S. use. The measurements of base only is 8" x 8" square. This pair of lamps is on display at the Gallery at 200 Lex at the New York Design Center.
