Beautiful large Chinese or Tibetan travel chest or trunk.
Qing dynasty!!
Fantastic hand painted exterior showing 3 seated Tibetan Buddhist Monks.
Highly decorated panels featuring Urns and Floral designs all around the front panel.
Floral painting on the side panels.
Original handles and front lock.
Interior recently lined with green baize cloth for protection and use.
From circa 1820.
Repaired Crack in top but otherwise in great condition......really nice decorative piece.......would look great and work in a bedroom or as a coffee table.
A perfect example of a usable antique !!
