French 19th Century Green Blown-Glass Wine Keg

This large, green blown-glass wine keg, or demijohn as they are sometimes called, remains fully intact after almost one hundred and forty years. Still in wonderful condition, this piece would be a great addition to your space, giving it an element of texture and color. This particular wine keg has numerous, aesthetically pleasing bubbles which were trapped inside of the heated glass during the blowing process, and remain in the finished piece. Made in France, c. 1880’s.
