1980 elegant Venetian vase of organic ovoid shape, in a chic smoked amber gold Murano glass, blown by Salviati, with a high quality decoration in a precious handcrafted wavy Battuto on the entire surface that results in a unique decor for each individual creation and reflects light in a different way. Battuto means beaten, struck: the surface of the glass is hand carved with irregular marks that give to the pieces the effect of a hand-hammered appearance. Cosulich interiors has a collection of 14 Battuto vases by Salviati in different tones of amber and smoked blue gray as per images.
