Leather daybed with storage custom made by Interior Crafts for Skidmore, Ownings and Merrill. Designed for model apartment at John Hancock Building in Chicago. This model apartment was also home to Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill Partner, William Hartman. Original leather, still very soft and supple, has sun fading to color, which has given this great patina. Base consist of 3 large storage drawers.
