His meticulous technique involves the careful enhancement of materials such as Macassar ebony, delicately infusing each wood grain with gold and metal powder through precise gestures.
 
Raimbault's exquisite creations have found a place of honor in numerous prestigious collections, both in private hands and within public institutions. His mastery of the craft has earned him an array of prestigious prizes and distinctions, underscoring his contributions to the world of arts and crafts. Notable accolades include the Grand Prix National des Métiers d’Art (National Grand Prize for Arts and Crafts) in 1997, the Prix Régional Dunhill Prestige International (Dunhill Prestige International Regional Prize) in 1998, and the Prix Régional du Concours des Ateliers d’Art de France (French Art Workshops Regional Prize) in 2012. Additionally, Raimbault was recognized as a finalist for the Prix Liliane Bettencourt pour l’Intelligence de la Main (Liliane Bettencourt Prize for Manual Intelligence) in 2016.
