Description
Swedish craft products are widely sought-after around the world due to their minimalistic yet ingenious patterns and masterful execution which guarantees ever-lasting quality and never-fading charm. This Swedish rug, although deeply embedded in traditional Scandinavian aesthetics, is extraordinary in terms of texture. It is a half pile which means some parts of the field remain flat whereas the rest is made up of a soft and comfortable cushion of fibers. The design of this Scandinavian rug features squares, some of which are filled with simple geometric motifs. The color palette is warm, maintained in shades of beige with touches of yellow and blue. The rug was carefully hand-made of high-quality wool in accordance with traditional techniques. Provided minimal care, this flat-weave will serve its owners for generations bearing no signs of wear.
