Rare Pair of Solid Bronze Sconces by Vadim Androusov representing females figures in the merovingian style. Signed: "Androussov" France: circa 1940. Vadim Androussov was born in St. Petersburg in 1895. He was a grandson of the archeologist Schliemann.While a sculptor, he also collaborated with interior decorators and created wall-mounted light fixtures Provenance: Private collection Paris France
