Description
'The Opening' is a custom-made collection of mirrored artworks conceptually creating a porthole peering into another dimension as if drawing back the curtains of space and time.
Rhythmic wave-like panels frame each mirror making for a uniquely interactive experience.
Designed to be both functional and ornamental, these mirrors expand and enhance any interior creating a distinctive contemporary artwork.
Suitable for any residential, hotel or hospitality environment, each piece is fashioned with materials and techniques which allow the client to create their own unique and personal design.
Each piece has a wide array of options in size and colour to suit any specific need and there is also the option of custom 3D mock ups which can be provided to help achieve the perfect mirror. Other options available include having either stepped or smooth fiberglass panels which can be in a gloss, matt or satin finish.
These variations can be further enhanced as the mirror itself can be fashioned in a variety of widths as well as having a choice of mirror colours or unique finishes. Additionally, the mirrors and their backing can be waterproofed making them suitable for outdoor use. Over 50 different coloured lighting effects can also be achieved with the option of an LED dimmable backlight.
As can be seen, Marc is passionate about his work and, with his vast experience of object and environmental design, he is eager to work at integrating each piece to best suit the chosen environment.
