Robert T. Vyner , Notitia Venatica, A Treatise on Fox-Hunting, Embracing the General Management of Hounds. First published c. 1845. 7th edition c. 1891-1900: “A new edition revised, corrected and enlarged by William C.A. Blew, M.A., Revised and Brought Down to Date by Cuthbert Bradley, with twelve illustrations by Henry Alken and Others Cloured by Hand.” These twelve illustrations are superior examples of British sporting art, and are suitable for framing.
London: The Blackfriars Publishing Company, 30 and 31 New Bridge Street, E.C.., and bound in dark green illustrated buckram covers with gilding.
Fair to Good condition, with rubbed covers, and the binding starting to loosen on second volume. -
