Description
Donald Deskey andirons for Bennett, nickel chrome and wrought iron, signed. Nickel-plated brass tapered blades with newly restored matte black wrought iron shanks. Deskey's design was inspired by the Trylon sphere exhibited at 1939 World's Fair. Both wrought iron shanks are signed Bennett with an impressed logo.
