Description
Pierre Giraudon fractured resin sphere, sculpture, clear and yellow gold. Medium scale tabletop acrylic sculpture with internal fractured inclusions and colored with a yellow gold tint. The base of the sphere is flat for stable display (see photo 16). Roughly the size of a soccer or bowling ball. The fracturing of the resin is produced by exposing the liquid acrylic to electricity and then allowing it to cure.
