-
Description
Untitled by Tadasky, acrylic painting on paper, stripes signed. Small scale hard edge acrylic painting on paper by Op artist, Tadasky (Tadasuke Kuwayama). The image is made up of a series of indigo blue, pink, green, and reds circles. All the colors applied to paper remain vibrant. Signed Tadasky 78 in ink, lower right. Minor toning to the paper.
Patricia Kuwayama, Tadasky's wife, verified the authenticity of the work after viewing photos via email: "This appears to be one of the small works on paper that Tadasky made in 1978. They are acrylic on paper, and the techniques he used are the same as in the larger works on canvas he made around the same time". -
