    A moon-shaped desk covered in goatskin is a hallmark of Art Deco design. The desk features a curved, half-moon shape that is both elegant and functional. The smooth surface of the goatskin adds an interesting texture to the piece, while the overall design and construction is characterized by a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modernist forms. This piece has a glass top that protects the goatskin surface as well as a Metal drawer handles and trim.

    Jacques Adnet was an iconic Art Deco French designer. His designs featured clean lines, simple shapes and contrasting materials, giving them a unique and timeless character. He also designed interiors for prestigious hotels and public buildings in France. Adnet was a member of the Union des Artistes Modernes and exhibited at the prestigious Salon d'Automne. His legacy continues to influence contemporary design and his original pieces are highly collectible today.
