Minton Majolica jardinière which features foxgloves, ferns and lush, leafy foliage on brown stipple ground. Two green scroll handles on the shaped rim. Brown ground version. Colouration: green, brown, pink, are predominant. Bears a pattern number, '22'. N.B: Though very rare, a matching base plate can be found for this jardiniere.

Stabilised and retouched crack to base. Three filled chips to foxglove leaves.
