Signed (l.r.), Henry P. Smith, ca. 1875-1890.
Oil on canvas, appears to be the original gilt frame.
Over-all in great condition, minor touches to upper sky area.
Although not a lot is known about Henry Pember Smith, he was a fairly prolific artist who specialized in marine and landscape views. He exhibited regularly at The National Academy of Design in New York. - More Information
