Description
The MP-97 was designed by Percival Lafer with solid jacaranda hardwood frame, new leather straps, and new soft black leather. We have reupholstered them to match the original design in a high quality full aniline leather hide that will patina beautifully over time. This chair is amazingly comfortable to sit in, like sitting on a cloud or sitting in a basketball glove . Made in Brazil, produced by Lafer MP.

Percival Lafer is an iconic contemporary Brazilian furniture maker and pioneer of the Brazilian Modernist movement. He is most famous for his chair and sofa designs, which combine low-profile hardwood structures with plush leather upholstery.
