Mid Century Chrome and Rosewood Wrapped Desk by Scandiline Furniture, 1970's

Description
This desk by Scandiline of San Pedro is just as gorgeous from the front, as it is from the back-- completely wrapped in the most gorgeous rosewood, no detail was spared in the design of this mid century desk. Designed in the 1970's the desk also features period appropriate chrome tubular legs that stand off the frame with thick black bolt-like accents.
While mid century in nature, this desk or writing table would easily blend with any contemporary modern, Danish modern or even industrial styled / post modern interior design. This desk would be absolutely perfect for somebody who has space constraints, as it's more narrow than most desks.
We currently have this desk in our gallery paired with a pair of Guido Faleschini cabinets, a Peter Protzman chair and an Arne Vodder credenza, and not only does this piece hold its own, it makes a statement. Very Brazilian modern in styling; this piece would look wonderful alongside a Sergio Rodriguez chair or other rosewood / jacaranda pieces. -
