Description
At the Cabinetmakers' Guild's Autumn Exhibition in 1943, Wegner presented his first version of a chair inspired by an old Chinese chair, which he had seen at the Danish Museum of Industrial Arts. Since then, more versions have appeared. The prototype for PP 56 was developed in cooperation with PP Møbler, and went into production in 1989.
This set of six PP66 in oak and papercord is in excellent condition, with some light wears on the paper-cords. Seat weaving can be replaced per client request at an additional cost. -
