Designed by Hans Wegner for GETAMA this amazing convertible daybed / sofa features a beautifully patinated oak frame and woven cane / rattan back seat which reveals a hidden space for blankets, pillows etc. The model GE-7 was designed by Wegner in the early 1950s and is a rare find with the rattan back.
The Daybed has been restored and the can reweaved. Original spring cushion upholstered in Kvadrat Steel cut trio fabric, designed by Frans Dijkmeijer. The daybed is stamped and marked by maker. -
