Description
Classic French Art Deco 1925 armchairs by Paul Follot. This pair of chairs in sculpted French walnut and walnut burl is the model presented by Follot at the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes in Paris. This was the exhibition which later launched the term Art Deco. 23" wide x 24" deep x 37" high. The first photo shows the chair in original condition. The other photos show the newly-restored frames. Last photo shows the dining room presentation by Follot at the 1925 Expo. These chairs are restored and refinished and ready to be upholstered.
