Wall fixtures, mod. 2155 by Stilnovo Milano, Italy, 1959
-
Description
Pair of model 2155 wall sconces, made by Stilnovo Milano in 1959. The appliques have a torch shape whose base is in brass, with black painted metal details, while the cone-shaped upper part is in matte "Triplex Opal' frosted glass. The wall lights have been re-electrified and are therefore fully functional. Light traces of oxidation are visible on the brass part, which we did not want to clean up: the patina of the metal is warm and in line with the style and age of the lamps.
