Remarkable pair of handforged 19th century candle wall sconces from the period around 1890 in Austria. Artfully crafted out of fine brass, these large candle sconces impress with their exceptional quality and design. Made in the late 19th century, this pair radiats a typical baroque character with stylish floral, intricate shapes. Elaborately forged by hand, each sconce provides two arms with fantastic looking hammered candle cups adorned by surounding foliage. The beautiful firegilt surface completes the breathtaking appearance. An absolute ornate pair of rare 19th century candle wall sconces catching every viewer´s eye. Each sconce has four holes for safe wall mounting.
