Description
Bespoke Clear Murano Glass Pendants with Brass Suspension Chandelier, Italy. This bespoke suspension chandelier was designed by and custom made to order for Karina Gentinetta by a master glass artisan in Venice, Italy. Six (6) hand-blown clear Murano Glass pendants, each with a uniquely different but complementary design, are suspended by gold fabric cords from a polished but unlacquered brass plate. Each Murano glass pendant or lantern is comprised of various glass elements that are bound together by unlacquered brass elements, and can be arranged at different lengths or heights from within the chandelier by adjusting the hanging cords. As shown in listing photos, this chandelier is currently arranged to hang at a 55" Height. However, it can be extended 100" at the longest length. Top brass plate is 28" in diameter.
The arrangement of all the various Murano glass pendants creates a striking composition of reflective glass and light. This chandelier is on display at the Gallery at 200 Lex at the New York Design Center. -
