ANACRONOS is a pair of tall wall lights or wall sculptures, hand-made by Las Ánimas in epoxy resin. Abstract deconstructions where glimpses of H.R. Giger's sci-fi imagery (Alien) blend with three-dimensional geometric visual plays, cybernetics, and psychonautic journeys. The hand-crafted texturing of the material generates an organic and watery volume.
Las Ánimas, the artistic studio from Seville, Spain, is formed by Trini Salamanca and Pablo Párraga. Both of them develop an aesthetic universe where, through different materials, they create works that act as triggers for our collective memory. TOTEMS where function and artistic form blend through textures, structures, and color.
