PAIR OF GILT BRONZE 18TH CENTURY LOUIS XVI CANDLESTICKS
Incised gilt bronze candlesticks the bell shaped base decorated with acanthus leaves and a frieze of pearls, the baluster shaft with 'point d'asperges' the top with pearls around the drip pans.
France, last quarter of the 18th century. The candlesticks have been re-gilt.
