This unique and sophisticated Pair of Art Deco Stacked Black Lacquer and Glass Ball Table Lamps are by Russel Wright and originate from the United States, Circa 1930. They feature a stacked construction composed of brilliant black lacquered cylindrical elements interspaced with transparent glass balls, an excellent material contrast drawing the eye and capturing the surrounding light in amazing fashion. A highly sophisticated design utilizing the materials and geometric sensibilities of the Art Deco movements, these table lamps are a brilliant blend of tones and stimulate the senses rewarding longer viewing and appreciation. These table lamps will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Art Deco to Mid-Century Modernist and to Contemporary Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards and accommodating one Edison based bulb per lamp achieving up to 100 Watts of light. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
