Encompassing the main sapphire are tension set baguette cut sapphires (3.35 cttw), 104 round cut diamonds (0.95 cttw), and 10 bigger round cut diamonds (1.50 cttw). The ring is in bezel, prong, and halo setting with a split shank all set in 18k white gold.
