A Remarkable 18th Century English Burl Walnut Games Table, the top displaying a quartered and butterflied veneered surface to create an unusual, rare and stunning pattern, accented with lobed corners (originally for candlesticks to light the table) and bordered in a raised edge above a shaped apron fitted with one drawer, and with the whole raised on four cabriole legs embellished with giltwood acanthus carvings and terminating in pad feet
