Fine pair of George III period mahogany and brass candlesticks with original brass candles sockets and foliate cast removable drip pans retaining much original gilt lacquered finish, over fluted stems and ribbed turned lower shafts and standing on turned bases, the underside with lead counter weights, retaining good rich surface and patination. England, circa 1760.
