Beautiful unadorned Biedermeier commode or chest of two drawers in walnut from South Germany around 1825.
Dark walnut veneered in book-match on softwood. High, tapered square legs in solid walnut.
Two drawers, lockable with original locks. Ebonized key escutcheons.
Restored and hand-polished with shellac.
