One of only forty ever created, this sloped casual armchair was deigned in 1956 by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Price Tower. The innovative cast aluminum sloped arm chair complemented the aluminum casing of the building's exterior windows and was created for various spaces in the building including the executive suites and H.C Price's executive office. This is an extraordinarily well preserved, museum quality example and retains the original silver painted on the cast aluminum frame as well as the original FLW designed Shumacher upholstery. Possibly the best remaining example in existence.
Frank Lloyd Wright's only realized skyscraper, Price Tower, continues to be one of the most compelling and inspired projects in his long career.
