Here for your consideration is a vibrant abstract in mainly orange with yellow highlights by the California artist Edward Darrell Crisp. Signed with artist monogram lower right. Signed verso with a date of 1984 with a question mark. Condition is excellent. Gallery framed. Overall framed measurements are 35.5 by 35.5 inches. Provenance: A Sarasota, Florida collector.
Edward Darrell Crisp was a California painter, sculptor and illustrator. He studied at the San Francisco Academy of Art. Crisp's work was sold at prominent galleries in San Francisco; Gump Gallery and the Hollis Gallery from the 1960s. He exhibited at Museum Shows in Northern and Southern California. -
