An Austrian Modern 'Adapta' floor lamp by Franz Singer and produced by Erzgiesserei A.G, Vienna. The lamp has a tall brass frame with the height-adjustable brass and glass globe shaped shade hanging from it.

The Erzgiesserei, Bronze- und Metallwarenfabrik AG company was headed by Julius Theodor Kalmar from 1918 until he started his J. T. Kalmar company in 1931.
