This tastefully understated Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Ivory Glazed Ceramic Table Lamps by Lotte and Gunnar Bostlund originates from Denmark, Circa 1960. The body of each lamp features a cylindrical form with subtle tapering and curvature, with a matte finish in an off white ivory ceramic glaze. The shades are well proportioned and formed in striated linear bands of cotton twine over fabric. An excellent example of the sophisticated finishes and use of minimal geometry, this balanced pair of table lamps will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American Standards, and in Excellent Vintage Condition. Accommodates 2 Edison Based Bulbs casting up to 100 watts of light each.
