Description
Each chair with arched carved back and seat, carved with ribbon and leaf tip decoration, down swept arms all raised on circular tapered stop fluted legs. Signed under seat rail C. Sene. Claude Sene was considered one of the finest chair makers under the reign of Louis XVI and had many royal commissions. In good condition. Slight warpage on some legs.
