Elizabeth Lawrence's creativity is evident at every turn in her newly designed apartment on the Upper East Side.
Mixing patterns and colors so that things are traditional but still fresh, the space is filled with meaningful pieces that have been given new life by her — like the mirror in the nursery that she painted an electric red; the cocktail table in the living room that she had redone with an églomisé finish; and the peacock blue leather she found to cover the vintage 1940s French Klismos chairs in the dining room.
