    The pulled ribbed base on a domed foot with annulated knop below a pedestal stem, supporting a ribbed container issuing three plain one piece candle arms with decorative knop. The drip pan and candle tube fitted with silver savealls, the central mount fitted with tiered annulated finial upon an air bead knop.
