AN EXCEPTIONALLY LARGE 12 LIGHT REGENCY CHANDELIER ATTRIBUTED TO JOHN BLADES

A very fine Regency chandelier of tent and waterfall design, the drop hung pillar and file cut dishes, cascading to a graduating tent this draped to the main decorative band, supporting twelve cut glass feathers of the prince of Wales design, the band then issuing twelve branches supporting drop hung drip pans and candle nozzles with pillar and file cutting, the main ring suspending a large basket of spangle drops and lapidary cut finial, the chandelier hung with triangular icicles drops and rectangular spangles.
