Description
This pair of Lotus torchiere lamps was produced by the Marbro Lamp Company in 1943. They are brass with chrome plating. They have 3-way mogul sockets but can be made to hold standard bulbs with a simple screw in reducer. Marbro is molded in the weights under the bases. The company was founded shortly after the end of WWII by brothers Morris and Elliott Markoff in the garment district of Los Angeles. Both lamps are in great condition.
