Floor lamp in Murano and Metal in the style of Tony Zuccheri, Italy 1970s

$ 4,000
  • Description
    This exquisite floor lamp, inspired by the style of Toni Zuccheri, is a harmonious blend of Murano glass artistry and sleek chromed metal.

    Design
    The lamp stands on a solid, round black base, providing stability and an elegant contrast to the metallic elements. Rising from this base is a cylindrical stem made of chromed metal, its polished surface reflecting light and adding a contemporary touch to the design.Midway up the stem, the first of five light fixtures is positioned, with the remaining four ascending towards the top. Each fixture is capable of rotating, allowing for flexible light direction. The round shades that encase the bulbs are crafted from Murano glass using the "ghiaccio" technique, a method that gives the glass a distinctive, textured appearance resembling cracked ice. The shades are primarily transparent but are beautifully accented with warm amber tones, creating a striking visual effect when illuminated.The shades feature a slight opening, allowing the light to escape more directly, enhancing the ambiance of any space.

    The lamp is equipped with five E14 lampholders, each perfectly concealed within the Murano glass shades, ensuring that the beauty of the craftsmanship is not overshadowed by the functionality of the piece.

    Condition
    This floor lamp, aside from minor marks, is a piece that remains in very good condition.
