Pair of iconic low easy armchairs original from the mid-century time period from Chandigarh, India. Each example has a teak and cane compass-type double side leg assembly and a slanted, slightly curved backrest; often considered one of the most popular and recognizable Pierre Jeanneret design. Comes with new two inch white linen cushions. This pair can be split if need be. Please inquire for single chair pricing.

Each with markings indicating provenance - These are authentic and directly from Chandigarh, India. These chairs have been lightly washed and lightly polished. The wear to the wood and strong patina is an indication of age - we ensure to preserve the patina as best as possible. Dimensions vary slightly due to the handmade nature of this design.
